Tom Flick has tackled the business world with the same passion, focus and spirit
that earned him honors as a collegiate and professional quarterback. His
achievement and experience in the highly competitive worlds of professional
sports and corporate America give Tom a keen insight into success. Honeywell,
Herman Miller, Touchstone Energy and the U.S. Dept. of Treasury are just a few
of the leading organizations that have looked to Tom to help them meet the
challenges of an ever-changing business environment.
As a Rose Bowl quarterback for the Washington Huskies, Tom was voted Team
Captain, "Most Inspirational," Pac-10 Conference "Player of the Year" and
enjoyed seven successful years as a quarterback in the NFL. Since 1988, Tom
has delivered over 2,500 presentations providing companies with high
performance strategies for leadership, teamwork, change and personal growth.
Happily married since 1985, Tom Flick, and his wife, Molly, have two children.
An avid fly fisherman, golfer and reader, Tom is most proud of his role as
husband and father.
